Let the defect(s) be removed within four weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No.194 of 2020 instituted under Sections 341, 302, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution story, the informant lady has alleged that four boys on motorcycle came to her place, one of them was the petitioner herein and he took out pistol and opened fire causing death of her husband.

Taking into account that specific allegation of firing and killing is on the petitioner herein, this Court is not inclined to grant him and the same is rejected.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38197 of 2022(2) dt.29-09-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Trial is on. Accordingly, the Trial court is directed to expedite the Trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of one year.
