JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 05-02-2016 As prayed, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead the Treasury Officer, Biharsharif as respondent no.6.

It is contended on behalf of the State and the Accountant General that everything is now complete and the revised P.P.O. has been issued in the year 2014, copy of the PPO has been appended as Annexure A series. However, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the Treasury Officer has not paid the necessary amount till date.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12892 of 2014 (2) dt.05-02-2016 2 / 2 Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the Treasury Officer to take steps for immediate payment as per the PPO authorized by the Accountant General, if the same has already not been done. Petitioner further claims that a copy of the PPO has not been received by him.

Accordingly, let him appear along with a copy of this order in the office of the Accountant General in the next week and let a copy of the PPO be handed over to the petitioner by the office of the Accountant General.
