2703000100112124 of Punjab National Banka, Nawanagar Branch, Buxar of Sushila Devi to the Saving Account No. 2703000100393242 of the abovesaid Bank of the petitioner without any further delay as petitioner is only nominee of Late Sushila Devi.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents states on instructions that an amount of Rs. 6,80,071 (Rupees six lacs eighty thousand and seventy one) has been paid into the petitioner's Account No. 2703000100393242 in settlement of the claim of the petitioner as nominee of his late sister Sushila Devi, and in respect of which the petitioner has submitted his letter dated 05.12.2017 expressing satisfaction over the settlement of his entire claim.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection if the writ petition is disposed of on the basis of the stand of the respondents.
4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. The petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to approach this Court for revival of this writ application in case the amount has not been received in his bank account as aforesaid.
