The petitioner seeks bail in Dighwara P.S. case No. 366/2019 registered u/s 304B/34 of the IPC.

The informant alleged that his sister was married with Sujeet Sah one year ago and after marriage her husband, Sujeet Sah, Anup Sah, Shakuntala Devi, Soni Kumari, Gajendra Sah, the petitioner, Harendra Sah, Jawahir Sah, Gauri Shanker Sah, Munna Sah were always torturing his sister due to non fulfillment of demand of additional dowry. The informant got information that on 13.11.2019 his sister was strangulated to death.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is uncle of Sujeet Sah. The petitioner has no manner of concern with the family affairs of Sujeet Sah. Sujeet Sah,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34339 of 2020(2) dt.12-01-2021 2/2 husband of the deceased, is in jail. The petitioner is brother of father-in-law of the deceased and he is in custody since 24.08.2020.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner is uncle of the husband of the deceased and no specific allegation of demand of dowry is made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dighwara P.S. case No. 366/2019.
