2. Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in contempt.

3. Counsel for the State submits that in compliance of order dated 28.11.2023 in C.W.J.C. No.3795 of 2018 passed by this Hon'ble Court, respondents authorities have passed order contained in Memo No.63/Patna dated 08.01.2024, but by the

Patna High Court MJC No.1802 of 2024(6) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 said order, petitioners are still aggrieved.

4. In the opinion of the Court, the present contempt petition is not maintainable. As such, the order contained in Memo No.63/Patna dated 08.01.2024 is hereby dropped granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the same before appropriate forum.
