The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bhagwanganj P.S. Case no. 7 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 354(B) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Manju Devi, the informant alleged that Nitish Kumar entered into her house in order to outrage the modesty of her daughter. On an alarm, Nitish Kumar was apprehended and the informant and other wanted to bring him to Police Station, in the meantime petitioners and other persons came and assaulted Manju Devi and her son Sujit. Both got injuries on the head, of course the injuries are simple in nature.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14088 of 2015 (2) dt.08-05-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the allegation made against the petitioners, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
