2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"against highly illegal, wrongful and fraudulent act of the respondents in particular the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna by which even though in land acquisition case no. 02/1985-86 the land of the petitioner bearing Khata No.107, Plot No. 462, Area-6 Katha 8

Patna High Court CWJC No.13937 of 2018(3) dt.15-09-2025 2/2 dhur situated in Mauja Jakariyapur Sadar Anchal in Patna district has been acquired in the name Transport Nagar on the request of PRDA, in the name of Vendor of the petitioner although the parents of petitioner has purchased the land by registered sale deed 18.10.78 and their names were also mutated, but the respondents under took proceeding in the name of Vendor of petitioners namely Lalita Devi without any information or notice to petitioner or her parents, and the petitioner has not been paid even a single penny although their land has been acquired in the name of Transport Nagar."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to agitate the matter before the competent civil court.

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
