====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner is an accused in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 172 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 384 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 17, 18, 19 and 20 of the U.A.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit vide order dated 18.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76705 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2019.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is no fresh ground to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34426 of 2020(3) dt.10-02-2021 2/2 Having considered the entire facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
