2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pauthu P.S. Case No. 33 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 147 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, on the alleged date of occurrence the above-named petitioners along with co-accused persons have assaulted Ranjit Kumar, Amarjit Kumar, Praveen Kumar, Rajmati Devi, Shivdutt Verma, Premchand Kumar and Sunita

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39015 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 Devi and caused head injuries and misbehaved with women.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent and the FIR shows itself that the allegations against them are general and omnibus. The cause of occurrence is on trivial issue for irrigation of field of the parties.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Pauthu P.S. Case No. 33 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
