The petitioner is in custody in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 87 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in the trade of stealing motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
