The petitioner is in custody in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 312 of 2019 for the offences under Section 395 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The Scorpio which is alleged to have been looted in an incident, was in fact, purchased by the petitioner on payment of Rs. 2,10,000/- and as such the petitioner is a bona fide purchaser and he has no concern with the incident of loot of Scorpio. Considering the aforesaid submission and the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner subject to deposit of Rs. 50,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35951 of 2020(2) dt.22-01-2021 2/2 cash. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50.000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 312 of 2019 subject to deposit of cash of Rs. 50,000/-.

The deposit of cash of Rs. 50,000/- shall abide by the final outcome of the present criminal case.
