2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant handed over his truck to the accused persons after getting agreement from the Court. Co-accused Chhotu Kumar had given four lacs cash and a cheque of Rs. 2,81,200/- to the informant, but the said cheque was dishonoured due to insufficient fund.

4. It is submitted that the only allegation against this petitioner is that he accompanied co-accused Chhotu Kumar, Arvind Mistri and no financial transaction has taken place between the petitioner and the informant. Co-accused Arvind

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41563 of 2023(3) dt.18-08-2023 2/2 Mistri has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 11.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50044 of 2023. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura (Hathiyawa) P.S. Case No. 140 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
