JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-11-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the certificate proceedings bearing Certificate Case No. 324 of 2014-15 pending before the Certificate Officer, Supaul.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has filed objection under Section 9 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act, 1914, no final order is being passed by the Certificate Officer, hence, he be directed to pass final orders in the matter.

In view of the limited submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is

Patna High Court CWJC No.7042 of 2016(2) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 disposed of with a direction to the Certificate Officer to finally dispose of the aforesaid certificate case after considering the objections filed by the petitioner, if any, and till the final disposal of the certificate case, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner herein.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
