JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Excise Case No. 2344 of 2019 arising out of Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 126 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 452, 341, 323, 324, 436, 504 IPC and Section 37(B) (C ) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he has abused the family of the informant and set the house on fire which burnt the household articles of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have entered into compromise on 29.4.2019 which fact has been admitted by the counsel for the informant. The

Considering the fact that the parties have entered into compromise and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Special Excise Case No. 2344 of 2019 arising out of Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 126 of 2019.
