This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Kotwali Police Station Case No. 252 of 2011, disclosing offences under Section 135 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003.

From the records, it appears that earlier the petitioner was granted bail by order, dated 14.12.2011, passed by learned Special Judge, which was subsequently cancelled by order dated 13.11.2013 since the petitioner failed to satisfy the condition of bail. This anticipatory bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14069 of 2016 (2) dt.18-04-2016 2/2 application, therefore, cannot be maintained.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
