The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 181 of 2020, dated 11.04.2020, instituted for the offences under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35408 of 2020(2) dt.25-03-2021 2/2 Sections 341, 323, 337, 354, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the accusation against them is general and omnibus in nature and the injuries suffered by the victims have been opined to be simple in nature.

Considering the background facts of this case and the nature of accusation, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 181 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) Praveen-II/- U T
