JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 17-08-2017 The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to register the godown of the petitioner, situated at Chainpur, P.S. - Chainpur, District - Kaimur (Bhabua) on the land appertaining to Khata No. 515, Plot No. 158, for storing Kendu leaves, in terms of Clause 32 of the Notice inviting tender, as contained in Annexure-1. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application in view of the letter of Managing Director, Bihar Forestry Development

Patna High Court CWJC No.1460 of 2017 (2) dt.17-08-2017 2/2 Corporation Limited, Patna dated 16.6.2017, whereby the petitioner has been intimated that the registration of the godown is not being carried out due to the pendency of the present writ application.

Accordingly, this writ application is permitted to be withdrawn.

It is expected from the authority concerned to consider the case of the petitioner and decide the issue within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
