The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (viii) (x) of the S.C./S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities) Act. It is alleged that the informant went to purchase cattle feed from the shop of the petitioner no. 1, when petitioner no. 1 abused him by calling caste name, and protest being made by the informant, petitioners assaulted the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 17.01.2015 the son of petitioner no. 1 lodged Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 24 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14150 of 2015 (2) dt.06-04-2015 2015 with accusation under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently for the same incident the present case was lodged on 18.01.2015 at 3.00 P.M.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with S.C./S.T. P.S. Case No. 06 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
