01-03-2017 The petitioner belongs to village Tegachchi, P.S. - Choutham, District - Khagaria (wrongly written Lakhisarai in this application). He had worked as Instructor in Non-Formal Education decades back on honorarium. State Government now envisaged to absorb all such persons who had worked for three years on honorarium as Class-IV employees in the State service. There were several rounds of litigations in this Court, especially with regard to proof of having worked for three years as an Instructor in the
Patna High Court MJC No.531 of 2017 (2) dt.01-03-2017 Non-Formal Education on honorarium. Various orders and directions were passed in the different writ petitions, contempt applications and other miscellaneous cases. The last being in MJC No. 3968/2016, which was disposed of on 23.02.2017 by this Court. The order was mainly with regard to manner in which their credentials of having worked would be verified. In our view, the same would also govern the case of this petitioner to the extent it is possible. With this observation, this application stands disposed of.
