The petitioner is in custody in connection with Madusudanpur (Nath Nagar) P.S. Case No.561 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.09.2019. Learned counsel further submits that there is no allegation of overt act against the petitioner. The allegation of firing is against Pankaj Mandal.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is no direct allegation of firing, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, named
