Petitioner was allowed provisional anticipatory bail by order dated 07.12.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3694 of 2020. The petitioner could not surrender and furnish bail bond. Prayer is for further extension of time.

For substantial justice, further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner to furnish bail bond on payment of Rs.5,000/- (Five Thousand) as cost to the opposite party no.2, who is wife of the petitioner.
