JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,323,429,307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons came variously armed and tried to take away the he-goat of the informant when the daughter of the informant made protest, she was also assaulted. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury has been found to be simple. The petitioners' side lodged a case at earlier point of time.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11864 of 2015 (2) dt.23-03-2015 2/2 petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 325 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
