Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 161 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused has demanded ransom of Rs.15 lacs from the informant on mobile phone. Phone number details are

Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner that he is involved in two more criminal cases, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completion of six months more custody.

With the above observation, present bail application stands disposed of.
