Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Chandradeep P. S. case no. 75/2014 registered under sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be Gotani of the deceased whose marriage had taken place 13 years ago.

From perusal of the impugned order of learned Sessions Judge, it would appear that in course of investigation, some witnesses stated that deceased got profuse bleeding when she fell from cot and while she was taken to Patna for better treatment, she died on the way. Although informant and some witnesses supported the prosecution story but taking note of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14461 of 2015 (2) dt.07-04-2015 surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Lalan Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jamui/concerned court in Chandradeep P. S. case no. 75/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
