No.04185), learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application filed with a prayer for a direction to the respondent authorities restraining them from closing the public road which passes through the northern side of Agricultural Firm and the S.D.O. office, which is being used by the public at large for reaching to the Sub-Divisional Hospital, Maharajganj.
