The petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 8448/2015, namely, Sunil Kunwar and the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 8804/2015, Gullo Kunwar apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioners are named in the F.I.R. The petitioners apprehend their arrest on mere suspicion raised during
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8448 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 the course of investigation. On similar facts, Lachhman Mishra, Malak Kunwar and others have been enlarged on anticipatory bail. Considering the fact that the case of the petitioners stand on the same footing, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 45/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
