The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 186 of 2020, dated 20.05.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., but his name has transpired in the further statement of the informant. An occurrence had taken place sometimes before for which the parties had fought amongst themselves. Later,

It appears from the impugned order as also from the submission made on behalf of the petitioner that he has been named during the course of investigation, but nothing specific has been alleged against him.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2020 and has clean antecedents.

Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioner above-named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 186 of 2020.
