Petitioner is in custody in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 253 of 2018 for the offence under section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 3.3.2019.

Referring to statement of the victim under section 164 Cr.P.C., learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and victim joined wedlock at their own volition and sweet will.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to
