2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 479, 594, 120B read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 31 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in a family dispute involving partition of the property and thus the same is of pure civil nature.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, as such, in the event of the arrest or surrender of the petitioner before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12254 of 2016 (2) dt.17-03-2016 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Vivek Rai, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 31 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438
