Petitioner is accused in connection with POCSO Case No. 45 of 2018 arising out of Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No. 106 of 2018 registered under Sections 376 of the I.P.C. and section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the victim girl is major. The Medical Report reveals that there is no sign of rape. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 29.11.2018. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
