JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2018 The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 01.05.2013 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Aurangabad (M) P.S. Case No.115 of 2012 by which cognizance has been taken under Sections 409 and 301 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act against the petitioner. It is submitted by Mr. Bachan Jee Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioner that due to efflux of time the present application has become infructuous.

In view of the submissions made above, the application is dismissed as infructuous.
