Petitioner is an accused in connection with S.Tr. No. 290 of 2019 (662/2019) arising out of Paraiya P.S. Case No. 98 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit vide order dated 11.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36269 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 03.01.2019.

Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is no fresh ground in this case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is,
