JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 24-03-2022 Heard leaned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the Informant and learned APP for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of abduction of the informant's daughter by the accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that from perusal of the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. she has specifically stated that there is no one kidnapped her and she
