Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Vijaypur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-363, 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are ladies and according to prosecution case itself, it was co-accused, Vivek Yadav, who carried away the victim. Moreover, the victim has already returned to her home and she has not made bald allegation against these petitioners. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioners named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs
