Grievance of the petitioner is that his land of total 3.25 1⁄2 acre has been acquired and with respect to that Award No.91 has also been prepared in the name of the petitioner but the compensation amount is not being given despite representation having been filed vide Annexures 4 and 5.

Aforementioned facts and circumstances, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the land Acquisition Officer, Bhagalpur to take a decision upon the representation/application of the petitioner appended as

Patna High Court CWJC No.3521 of 2015 (2) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 Annexures 4 and 5 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order on its own merit and in accordance with law.
