2. The present application has been filed for grant of extension of time for surrender and furnishing bail bonds by modification of order dated 03.07.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39072 of 2013, in terms of which the petitioners had been granted anticipatory bail.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners could not surrender and furnish bail bonds within the time owing to mistake on their part.

4. This Court is not satisfied to grant further indulgence to the petitioners as the order dated 03.07.2014 was passed in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15685 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 presence of their counsel. Moreover, on the petitioners own averment, they were advised to move for modification of the said order which has been done more than a year after the order was passed and no good ground has been made to condone the delay.

5. The petition stands dismissed.
