Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 325, 354 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Rajnagar P.S.Case No. 65 of 2019.

As per allegation, the accused persons including the petitioner badly assaulted the informant, who sustained fractured injury.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is a person of clean antecedent. There is case and counter case and the informant has not suffered any kind of injury. A report was called for in respect of the injury of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47842 of 2021(4) dt.26-07-2022 2/2 informant. The report dated 9th June, 2022 has been received from the investigating authority which shows that the informant informed the investigating authority that she was not treated in the hospital.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, especially the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let him abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P.S.Case No. 65 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
