ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 03-07-2025 Learned counsel for the Railways on instructions has stated that the impugned letter dated 13.05.2025 (Annexure P/6) is only an advisory and the authorities are not insisting for the implementation of the same. Learned counsel has further stated that the writ petition has become infructuous as the litchi season is already over and there are no packages containing litchis to be scanned by the petitioner.
2. Having regard to the above made submissions, the
Patna High Court CWJC No.9213 of 2025(3) dt.03-07-2025 2/2 present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to implement the letters dated 13.05.2025 and 15.05.2025 (Annexure P6 and Annexure P7).
3. The writ petition stands disposed of.
