====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 05-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 332, 353, 225, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleges that on 7.10.2019 at 5:00 pm, he got secret informant that an accused of Case No. 302 of 2019, Guddu Kumar were sitting in an Auto, thereafter, he reached the place of occurrence when the accused started fleeing away but was caught but the miscreants around him tried to release him and were not ready to listen to the police, thereafter,

No.38182 of 2022(2) dt.05-12-2022 2/3 twelve named accused persons including the petitioners and 2025 unidentified started attacking the police with lathi stick and stones causing injury to two constable, further, it is alleged that the accused was forcefully released and even the government vehicle was damaged.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and have been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature, further at the cost of repetition, it is submitted that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 264 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down
