Admittedly, on the basis of the complaint petition, cognizance has been taken for the offence under section 354 of the IPC.

It is obvious from perusal of the impugned order of the learned Sessions Judge, Gopalganj that prior to filing of complaint petition, relation between the complainant and the petitioner was strained and a proceeding under section 107 of the Cr.P.C was going on between them.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6950 of 2015 (2) dt.23-02-2015 the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Complaint Case No. 932/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
