JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 413,414,420,467,468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that one stolen motorcycle was recovered. One apprehended accused Sugalal conveyed that he purchased the motorcycle in question from Bijli Yadav though he stated that he sold the motorcycle to Santosh Yadav. Santosh Yadav has named this petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that admittedly name of the petitioner sprang up from the confessional statement of co accused.

The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32356 of 2014 (3) dt.02-04-2015 2/2 of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 316 of 2013 pending in the court of learned CJM, Siwan.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
