The grievance of the petitioner in the present is nonpayment of honorarium. In the matter of honorarium, the respondents are required to verify the record and if it is found that petitioner was validly engaged and has worked, he is entitled to payment of honorarium as taking work and denying payment amounts violation of Article 23 of the Constitution. In view of the above, the respondent nos. 5 and 6 are hereby directed to work out the entitlement of the petitioner after verification of the record and ensure payment of

Patna High Court CWJC No.6156 of 2017(3) dt.16-04-2018 2/2 honorarium within a maximum period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The entire exercise in this regard must be completed within a period of sixty days.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
