2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"(i) for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari thereby praying to quash the order dated 13.12.2023 passed by Additional Collector, Khagariya (in brief, the Additional Collector) in Rent Fixation Case No. 01/ 2021 22 whereby the learned Additional Collector has been pleased to

Patna High Court CWJC No.11375 of 2025(2) dt.21-07-2025 2/3 set aside the order dated 13.07.2015 passed by the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Gogari, Khagariya (in brief, the Deputy Collector, Land Reform) in Rent Fixation Case No. 01/2014 15 thereby he had passed the order fixing the Rent for the land which was earlier free from rent. The Rent was fixed on the application filed by this petitioner regarding the land with description mentioned below.

(ii) Any other order/ orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper may kindly be passed in the given facts and circumstances and in the interest of justice."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the appropriate authority/Court in next four weeks but there has been some delay which may be considered.

4. Learned State counsel submits that if the same is filed within the aforesaid period, naturally the delay has to be considered.

5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of with an observation that if the petitioner prefers the
