The petitioner has filed this petition for review of the order dated 09.01.2017 passed in CWJC No. 15821 of 2010. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner never sought permission to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to approach the Bihar Land Tribunal but from the order it appears that on the prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner the writ petition was disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the Bihar Land Tribunal within a period of two months but instead of filing petition before Bihar Land Tribunal the petitioner has filed this review petition.

On the face of it, I do not find any error in the order under review. Accordingly, this review petition is dismissed. BKS/- (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) U
