JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 02-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 325, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is to have assaulted the son of the informant while playing the cricket match. It is submitted that due to some provocation among the players during the cricket match, the occurrence of assault was taken place which caused injury. It is also submitted that the occurrence has taken place on 25th May, 2014 whereas the case has been lodged on 3rd June, 2014. After the occurrence, the matter was pacified but later on the father of the injured has lodged this case. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32600 of 2014 (2) dt.02-02-2015 2/2 petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the co- accused has been granted bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances, in case of arrest or surrender within a period four weeks, the above named petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Shri S.B. Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Sitmarhi in connection with Belsand P. S. Case No. 59/2014 G. R. No. 1817/2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr. P.C.
