The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(1). That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ especially in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No. 4 to remove the encroachment made over the Gairmajaru land, appertaining to Khata No.- 44, Plot No.- 1284, area 2.94 decimal, situated at Mauza Ithet, PS- Barun, Block- Barun, DistrictAurangabad, which has been encroached by the local people, causing blockage of the public road, crossing through the aforesaid plot, in view of the fact that the respondent No. 4 has already passed the final order in Encroachment Case No.- 3/2019-20 and has also subsequently issued notice to the encroachers directing them to remove the encroachment failing which punitive action will be taken against them."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Barun, District-Aurangabad, in order to persuade him to expedite the proceedings of the Encroachment Case No. 3 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.10770 of 2024(4) dt.18-09-2024 3/3 2019-20. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
