The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, section 376 IPC was also added.

It is alleged that the daughter of the informant went to Jitaura market for purchase of articles but she did not return when it was suspected that she was being kidnapped by Sukhdeo Singh, Upendra Kumar and the present petitioner. In 164 Cr. P.C. statement the victim stated that this petitioner ravished her. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14603 of 2015 (2) dt.11-05-2015 2/2 the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 309 of 2014 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara.
