Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case no. 114/2014 registered under sections 406, 409 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that she being Mukhiya purchased solar light violating the direction of the State Government but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that at the time of purchase, there was no guideline of the State Government. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation some co-accused persons have already been admitted to anticipatory bail by this court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four
