The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 377 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 379, 384, 386 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation as made in the FIR and the conduct of the petitioner in terrorising the son of the informant who had instituted a criminal case against the accused persons named in the FIR, I am not inclined to grant prearrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13658 of 2016 (2) dt.31-03-2016 2/2 to the petitioner is rejected.
