2. The petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2019 in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 78 of 2019, G.R. No. 612 of 2019 for the offences alleged under Sections 201, 401, 413, 414, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the confessional statement of co-accused Dhananjay Tiwari @ Bigan Baba pursuant to which stolen motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Another stolen motorcycle was also recovered from the house of the said co-accused Dhananjay Tiwari, who has since been granted bail vide order dated 10.06.2019 by this Court Court in Cr. Misc. No. 36244 of 2019. Statement is made at the Bar on behalf of the petitioner that investigation has now been concluded. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Be that as it may, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten

No.36314 of 2019(2) dt.12-06-2019 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 78 of 2019, G.R. No. 612 of 2019, on the following conditions- (i) That one of the bailors shall be a close relative of the petitioner.

(ii) That the petitioner shall not indulge in any similar offence till conclusion of the trial. (iii) That the petitioner shall remain physically present in Court on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.
